4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to deposits on the 499et platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from 499et:

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.3 General Promotion Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all promotions and offers: one promotion per account applies once; if bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation; and 499et reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Bet Placement Conditions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical error or a reason to void the event. All odds are subject to change and the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are final.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games and bets depend on a random number generator (RNG) or the actual outcome of live events. Third parties conduct regular audits to ensure fair play.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the result of any game is affected by server failure, disconnection or other technical problems, 499et reserves the right to reconsider the affected bet. In such cases, the decision of the support team will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499et platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or circumventing promotional terms.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Conducting transactions using another user's identity.
• Operating an account with false or misleading information.

• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Extended inactivity.

Any legitimate balance will be returned before account cancellation; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical faults with a device.

• Losses resulting from user negligence or sharing of account credentials.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure circumstances.
